Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose

This policy regulates the cancellation conditions applicable to memberships contracted at Lyvido.com, a private adult contact social network.

2. Current service status

Currently, Lyvido.com memberships work as single payments.

• The initial duration of each membership is 12 months.
• After the contracted period, the user must manually renew if they wish to maintain access to the platform.
• No cancellation request is necessary, since the membership does not renew automatically.

3. Possible future implementation of automatic renewals

Lyvido.com reserves the possibility of implementing in the future an automatic membership renewal system, with durations of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.

In that scenario:

• Renewal would be carried out automatically 1 day before the expiration date of the current membership.
• It will be the exclusive responsibility of the user to manage the cancellation of their membership before the renewal date.
• Once the charge has been made, no refunds will be made, maintaining access until the end of the paid period.

4. Cancellation procedure (if applicable in the future)

The user may cancel their membership at any time by accessing the account management section within the platform, with cancellation scheduled for the end of the contracted period.
