Disputes and Refunds Policy

1. Purpose
This policy regulates the refund scenarios applicable to digital memberships contracted at Lyvido.com, a private adult contact social network.
2. Nature of the service
Lyvido.com offers access to an online digital service. Given its nature and the immediate start of the service, no refunds are contemplated except in the exceptional cases indicated in this document.
3. Admitted refund scenarios
Refunds will only be made in the following cases:
- Improper or duplicate charge, duly accredited.
- Technical error in the payment process attributable to Lyvido.com that prevents the correct activation of the membership.
4. Cases not contemplated
No refund will be made in the following cases:
- Temporary or prolonged unavailability of the service derived from external providers (servers, internet connections, third-party telecommunications services).
- Technical problems unrelated to Lyvido.com that affect user access.
- Voluntary cancellations by the user once the membership has been activated.
- Partial use of the service or lack of use by the user.
5. Procedure
In case of disputes related to payments, the user must contact within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the charge, by email to hola@lyvido.com, providing payment receipt and detailed explanation of the incident.
Requests will be reviewed case by case, and if the refund proceeds, it will be made through the same payment method initially used.
