1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions regulate access, navigation and use of the Lyvido.com platform, a private adult social network of an exclusive and invitation-only nature.

2. Access requirements

• Access is restricted to persons over 18 years of age.
• To register, it is mandatory to receive a valid invitation from an existing member, from an affiliated professional profile (club) or through an invitation issued after attending a face-to-face event.
• The invitation system is recorded in the database, allowing traceability of who invites whom.

3. Nature of the service

Lyvido.com offers a digital membership service that allows users to:

• Create and manage a personal or professional profile (club).
• Interact with other users through chat, messages, posts and events.
• Participate in the community in accordance with internal coexistence and respect rules.

4. Memberships and subscriptions

• Currently, memberships have a duration of 12 months through a single payment.
• Payments are processed by an external payment service provider in accordance with EU regulations (including PSD2). Lyvido.com does not store or process banking data.
• In the future, Lyvido.com may offer plans of 1, 3, 6 and 12 months with automatic renewals.
• If automatic renewals are implemented, cancellation must be made before the corresponding charge, with no refunds once the charge has been made.

5. User obligations

The user undertakes to:

• Make responsible use of the platform and respect other members.
• Not impersonate identities or provide false data.
• Not share or disseminate illegal, offensive, violent, discriminatory content or content that violates third-party rights.
• Not use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality rules of other users.

6. User-generated content

• Users are responsible for the content they publish (photos, videos, comments, etc.).
• Lyvido.com may remove or block content that violates these conditions or is reported by other members.
• Multimedia files are stored in private storage located in the European Union, under security and privacy standards compliant with GDPR.

7. Reporting and moderation system

• Lyvido.com, as a small digital platform, applies the principles of transparency and reporting in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA), to the extent applicable.
• Users can report inappropriate, illegal or dangerous profiles or content through the contact channel.
• Administrators will review these reports and may take measures, including suspension or deletion of accounts.
• Moderation decisions will be communicated to the affected user with the possibility of appeal.
• The platform applies a transparent moderation system, prioritizing community traceability and security.

8. Lyvido.com responsibility

• Lyvido.com does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted availability of the service, as it depends on external servers and providers.
• It is not responsible for interruptions, technical failures or data loss arising from causes beyond its control.
• It is not responsible for user behavior or content.

9. Economic policy

• No refunds exist except in cases of technical error attributable to Lyvido.com or improper charge.
• No refunds are contemplated for service unavailability, partial use or voluntary cancellations.

10. International use restrictions

• Users are responsible for ensuring that the use of Lyvido.com is legal in their country of access.
• Persons residing in countries where this type of platform is prohibited or restricted may not register.

11. Intellectual property

• All elements of Lyvido.com (brand, logo, design, software, etc.) are the property of the owner.
• Their reproduction, distribution or use without express authorization is prohibited.

12. Content protection and user responsibility

• All material (photos, videos, texts or other files) uploaded by users to Lyvido.com is the exclusive property of the user who publishes it. Lyvido.com will never use such content for its own or commercial purposes.
• Unauthorized use or misuse of content will be pursued. Lyvido.com undertakes to cooperate with competent authorities and provide all available technical information (including access records) for the investigation and prosecution of such conduct.
• If a user decides to publish sensitive data (for example, their face, real name or personal information), they will be aware that it could be exposed in case of a security incident arising from a cyber attack. In such a situation, Lyvido.com will not assume any responsibility, although it will be available to the user to cooperate with authorities in protecting their rights.
• In the event that a user uploads material subject to copyright or copyright without authorization, the responsibility will be exclusively of the user who published it, exonerating Lyvido.com from any derived claim.

13. Account cancellation

• Lyvido.com may suspend or cancel accounts of users who violate these terms.
• Users may request deletion of their account at any time by email to hola@lyvido.com.

14. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by Spanish and European legislation.
• Any dispute will be submitted to the competent Courts and Tribunals of Spain, unless legal provision provides otherwise.
