Refunds Policy

1. Purpose
This policy regulates the refund conditions applicable to digital memberships contracted at Lyvido.com, a private adult contact social network.
2. Nature of the service
The memberships offered by Lyvido.com consist of immediate access to a private digital service, without delivery of physical goods.
3. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of article 103.m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16 (Consumer and User Defense Law), the 14-day right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts for the supply of digital content when execution has begun with the express prior consent of the consumer and with their acknowledgment that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal.
By registering and activating the membership, the user expressly consents that the digital service begins immediately and accepts that they lose their right of withdrawal.
4. Monetary refunds
No refunds of the membership amount are made once access to the platform has been granted, except in exceptional cases where a technical error attributable to Lyvido.com or a clearly proven improper charge occurs.
If a refund is applicable, it will be processed using the same payment method and within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from acceptance of the refund.
