2. Current availability

Currently, Lyvido.com has no active promotions. However, this legal framework is established for future campaigns.

3. General promotion conditions

When activated, promotions will be subject to the following conditions:

• They will only be valid during the time period indicated in the promotion itself.
• They may be limited to certain types of membership or user profiles (couples, girls, boys, clubs).
• They will not be cumulative with other offers or discounts unless expressly indicated otherwise.
• They will be subject to limited availability, and the number of uses per user or per campaign may be restricted.
• In case of using promotional codes, they must be entered at the time of payment to be valid.

4. Exclusions

• Discounts will not be applied retroactively to purchases already made.
• They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.
