2. Purpose of Processing

Data is processed for the following purposes:

• Manage access to the Lyvido.com platform and use of its functionalities.
• Facilitate user interaction according to the internal rules of the community.
• Manage subscriptions and membership payments.
• Prevent fraud, abuse and ensure platform security.
• Allow professional clubs to advertise and manage events.
• Review and manage internal community complaints.

3. Legal Basis

The legal basis for processing is:

• Contract execution: membership contracting.
• User consent: granted during registration.
• Legitimate interest: platform security and community moderation.

4. Data Collected

• Email: stored in the database encrypted and accompanied by a hash for uniqueness.
• Password: stored in an encrypted and irreversible way (bcrypt).
• Public alias or nickname: visible on the social network.
• Optional profile data: age, city, sexual orientation and physical characteristics that the user decides to provide.
• No sensitive data such as full name, ID card or phone number is stored, except in the case of professional profiles (clubs) that voluntarily provide their address, email and contact phone for advertising purposes within the social network.
• Payment data: processed by an external payment service provider in accordance with EU regulations (including PSD2). Lyvido.com does not store or process banking data.
• Multimedia files (photos and videos): content uploaded by users is stored securely in private storage located in the European Union in compliance with GDPR. These files are stored in private containers and are only accessible through temporary links generated by the platform.
• Usage data: activity on the platform, interactions, access and reports.

5. Internal Reporting System

Lyvido.com has an internal reporting mechanism that allows users to report offensive, illegal or dangerous content. These reports are reviewed by social network administrators, who may take appropriate measures, including content removal or suspension of the offending profile.

6. Data Retention

Data is retained while the contractual relationship lasts and, subsequently, the time strictly necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve responsibilities arising from the service.

7. Data Communication

Data is communicated according to the following conditions:

• Data will not be transferred to third parties except by legal obligation or when essential for service provision (example: banking entity).
• No international data transfers outside the EU are made.

8. User Rights

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition and portability by sending an email to hola@lyvido.com and proving their identity.

Likewise, they may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if they consider their rights violated.

9. Data Security

Lyvido.com applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure security:

• Email and password encryption.
• Access control and secure sessions.
• Multimedia file storage in private infrastructure within the EU.
• Internal moderation and protocols against abuse.

10. Minors and Invitation System

Access to Lyvido.com is strictly prohibited for minors under 18.

To register, it is essential to receive a valid invitation through one of the following mechanisms:

• Invitation from a user already a member of the social network.
• Invitation from an affiliated professional profile (for example, a club).
• Invitation issued for attending a face-to-face event.

The invitation system is recorded in the Lyvido.com database, so complete traceability of who invited whom can be carried out, which guarantees the seriousness of the community and reinforces that registered profiles are real and of legal age.

In case a profile belonging to a minor is detected, it will be deleted immediately and access may also be restricted to the user who invited them.

11. Modifications

Lyvido.com may update this policy at any time, visibly informing users of relevant changes.
